Tobacco Shack is a brick-and-mortar walk-in humidor at 4450 Nelson Brogdon Blvd, Suite A9, Buford, GA 30518. This page explains what information we collect online and how we use it. It applies to tobaccoshackga.com and to our SMS program.

What we collect

We collect the phone number you provide when you opt into our SMS program by texting a keyword to 470-260-6888. We collect basic technical information about visits to our website (server logs, browser type, pages viewed). We do not run remarketing pixels, advertising trackers, or cross-site analytics.

How we use it

Phone numbers are used solely to send the SMS messages described in our SMS Terms (visit reminders, member offers, accessory restocks). Server logs are used to keep the website running and to debug issues.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with anyone for their own marketing under any circumstance.
• We do not use your information to message you about any product outside the tobacco/cigar retail category described in our SMS Terms.

Service providers

We use a small set of vendors to operate the business: a hosting provider for the website, a messaging provider for the SMS program, and a point-of-sale system for transactions. These vendors process data only on our behalf and are bound by their own terms.

Your rights

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can email us at tobaccoshck@gmail.com to request that we delete the phone number we have on file or to ask what information we hold.

Age

Our website and SMS program are for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
