History
Nick Perdomo Sr. was a tobacco roller who fled Cuba in the 1960s. His son Nick Perdomo Jr. launched the Perdomo brand from Miami in 1992 and built a vertically integrated operation in Estelí, Nicaragua. Today the family farms tobacco on more than 1,500 acres and operates one of the largest cigar factories in Nicaragua.
The 10th Anniversary line, introduced in 2002, was Perdomo's coming-of-age cigar. It uses tobacco aged ten years in cedar before rolling, and the time in cedar shows in the smoothness. The 20th Anniversary takes the same approach further.
